About Us

We are a family owned and operated motel and RV park. Truly a home away from home is what you will experience when you stay with us. Our rooms are as unique as the people who come to stay with us. Each room has a theme to it along with extra home touches such as recliners, dining room table and chairs and all your pots and pans, dishes, silverware, utensils. We even supply salt and pepper and basic seasonings.

Our basic rooms feature a kitchenette with a microwave, induction top hot plate, and toaster oven as well as a half-high refrigerator. Our room amenities go up from there, including our king suite which has an open floor plan with a full oven and stove. Our queen suite has a separate bedroom from the living area, including a desk for easy work from home as well as a television in the bedroom area and living area. This room has a galley kitchen. We also have 2 and 3 bed rooms for large families and the budget conscious crew. These rooms feature either full sized beds or queen size beds, with separate bedrooms and side-by-side beds.

We are conveniently located 1.5 miles from the Fort Morgan city limit and 1.5 miles off of exit 75 from I-76.

Who We Are

Our motel and RV park is staffed solely by family. We have the 2nd through 4th generation of property managers here on site. All maintenance, housekeeping, and front desk work is done by family. 

Our History

Under the same management since 1999 the motel and RV park has remodeled and updated. Home touches over the years have included making each room themed. Some of the most talked about themes include the horse room, Native American room, and water dog room. Each room has its own color scheme, including the towels, blankets, and rugs. The dishes are coordinated in each room to reflect the overall room scheme too. Even the furniture, flooring, and paint in each room has been carefully chosen to keep each room as unique as the people who come to stay.

Our RV park has something for everyone. Pull-through spots are perfect for overnight and short stays. Back-in spaces include 6 foot privacy fences along with community grass behind. Each space has a picnic table, allowing outdoor seating for meals and fresh air in all seasons.
